Basic Life Support And Advance Cardiovascular Life Support Training

Who Needs BLS and ACLS Training?

Basic Life Support training is ideal for anyone who wants to be prepared to respond to a cardiac arrest. This includes healthcare professionals, first responders, teachers, lifeguards, and the general public.

Advance Cardiovascular Life Support Training is designed for healthcare professionals who manage life-threatening cardiac emergencies. This includes doctors, nurses, paramedics, and other medical personnel.

Benefit:

BLS equips you with the fundamental skills to potentially save a life in a cardiac emergency.

ACLS equips healthcare professionals with the advanced skills needed to manage complex cardiac emergencies and improve patient outcomes.

What we offer in BLS and ACLS training

Basic Life Support courses typically cover the essential steps of providing immediate care, following the ABCD approach:

  • Airway: Opening the airway to ensure breathing.
  • Breathing: Checking for breathing and assisting if needed (rescue breaths).
  • Circulation: Performing chest compressions to keep blood flowing.
  • Defibrillation: Using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) if available to shock the heart back into a normal rhythm.

Advance Cardiovascular Life Support Training builds on the foundation of BLS and delves deeper into advanced techniques:

  • Medications: Administering medications to manage heart rhythm and other issues.
  • Intravenous Lines: Establishing intravenous (IV) access to deliver medications and fluids.
  • Advanced Resuscitation Techniques: Utilizing advanced airway management tools and procedures.
